Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Prices are shown in USD and may change. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind or made to order; where a piece is unavailable we will contact you with options.

Bespoke

Bespoke, engraved and made-to-order pieces are created to your specification and are final sale except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Gemstone descriptions

We describe every stone's nature, origin and treatment to the best of our knowledge, supported by independent certification for significant stones. Natural stones vary; each piece is unique.
