Every order ships fully insured, in signature packaging, with tracking and a required signature on delivery. Shipping is complimentary worldwide.

• In-stock pieces — dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Made-to-order & Signature — typically 2–3 weeks; you'll receive an estimated date at checkout or by email.
• Bespoke commissions — timelines are confirmed with your atelier advisor.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your piece. In-stock and Signature items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange.

Bespoke, engraved and made-to-order pieces are created for you and are final sale, except in the case of a manufacturing fault — which we will always put right.

Duties & taxes

Applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where possible. For any question about a specific destination, contact us before ordering.
